Romeo, wherefore art thou Romeo!

Now, let me begin by saying, this is not Romeo's fault by any stretch of the imagination. This is a cumulative effort by just about everyone, save Joshua Cribbs and Jamal Lewis.

Let the rant flow by alluding to Braylon Edwards dropping not 1 but 2 passes... the latter of those in essence snapping the bones that support all of clevelands hopes for salvaging this season...

Next we touch on an uninspired defense (save for Shaun Rogers, amazingly) that allowed rookie and 3rd stringer Ray Rice to run as if he were Forrest Gump... ("My momma always said, Stop the Run"). 20 yard completions on 3rd down when the Ravens needed 16 yards... Rice running for 154 yards... yada, yada, yada!

Finally, we need to touch on the terrifying tidbits... Derek Anderson who played reasonably well for 3 1/2 quarters of this game against the NFL's 2nd best defense, only to loose his bowels and deliver what may have been the worst screen pass in the history of screen passes to Baltimore Raven Terrell Suggs who walked into the endzone and serendipidously put us out of our misery!

Finally Part 2... The fans... I'm watching this game and from time to time, the miserable sheep known as Browns fans, begin their chanting for Brady Quinn, who would have gotten crushed against the Ravens overwhelming defense... Let's see, we couldn't run the ball, we couldn't catch the ball (See Braylon) and the fans think Brady Q is the answer... Sorry, Suckers, but that ain't cutting the mustard!

At this point of a depressing and disappointing season, let's try something new and fun and actually make an attempt to hold clevelands ADD attention span... Miami has found a way to capatilize on it's best assets... Running Backs and speed (i.e. - The daunted Wildcat offense)... So screw it... The dolphins are 5-3 and I know our schedule is brutal... Wah-Wah!!! Let's get Joshua Cribbs into some real opportunities to make something happen and let's see what Jerome Harrison can do taking a direct snap... What the hell else could happen... We lose a 2 TD lead in the 3rd quarter and give up 24 unanswered points in a game we should have won...

Oy VEy!!!
